A clean space is respect for your guest. A little dust I can look over but never a dirty bathroom and kitchen. If I have a man guest, the sheets are always clean and fresh.

i really don't think i do have cleanliness issue as i don't like anything dirty...but i admit, i have problem of organizing...

when i was a kid, we really did not have much, most of my clothing were previously owned, including hand-me-down from my brother, and i did not have much new school supplies. so anything i came across, i have a tendency to keep them anyway, even though i do not have immediate idea of using them, as spares... what if i need something later, and i do not have it then, because i throw away now??? yah...that's my fear...i tell yah...that's like vicious cycle...i am a hoarder...

as for cleaning, i quit buying commercial cleaning supplies.... i mainly use baking soda, vinegar, borax, alcohol, and peroxide...and bleach...i really like that natural way...

mom would say, if you're not going to clean your room, keep the door closed. but the bathroom, kitchen, living room was always clean. she'd wake you up in the middle of the night, if you didn't do your turn at the dishes.

but la cucaracha?? hell no, no way. those things multiply and spread disease. hope you didn't bring one home with you.
