Another "glitch" that may aid SCAMMERS!!!

Within the past few days I've noticed that comments left in the box below profile pictures are no longer visible after you post them and leave that profile page.

They are visible if you immediately post ANOTHER comment and submit it, but they will ALL disappear again once you leave that page!

This latest site 'glitch' now gives those who post fake/scam profiles a definite advantage in attempting to SCAM those who may be unsuspecting or ignorant of their ways, as it no longer allows those of us who report abuse to provide a warning to members who may not be educated to avoid the fake/scam profiles.

I have written a comment on the site support Blog, but it appears by the lack of attention to that Blog (no activity since 12-6-2018 and 8 pending comments), that it may not be seen by the site or other members, soon.

Unless/until this latest 'whoops' is corrected I can only offer this helpful reminder about fake/scam profiles ...

 Unfortunately, Findsex.com is 90% men, 10% women, and 50% of the woman are fake/scam accounts. It is a rarity to find a genuine woman.

Those few of us who have done our due diligence know that your numbers are incorrect.

The average ratio of men's profiles to women's profiles has remained at 20 : 1 for several years, but I will agree that close to 50% of the women's profiles are either fake/scam's or that there has been no activity (no logon) on them for more than three months.

 This site no longer cares ( if it ever did) about scammers ,fake profiles nor does it care about Abusive Ethnic slurs towards members. They do not care about customer satisfaction and just lie and try to get much money as possible out of people!

They told me I had to pay to view full nudity from now on and blocked my content filter and told me it was a site wide thing but no one else has this on their account or at least the members I know who are standard. They lied before they told me this lie and told me it was fixed. IM never works. All a CON and RIP OFF!!

PornHub and Xhamster do the same nit sure they have IM but you can view profiles and watch free porn. Time to promote a new site.

The site actually does "care" about the fake/scam profiles ... at least most of the ones that are reported for abuse are deleted.

I can't address your comment about "Abusive Ethnic slurs towards members", as I've never seen it nor been victim to it.

As far as the 'pay-to-play' aspect of your being 'restricted' as a Standard member goes, all I can say is "What do you expect of a business?" ... and ... why have you remained here for almost 6 years, if it's so bad?

 I noticed now a bunch of fake profiles of young women commenting on women's pics, and when I click on them it says "profile not available". Seems like the latest bot head fake.

Once upon a time I might have agreed with your assumption, but through first-hand knowledge and common sense it would be counter-productive for the site to employ people to post fake/scam profiles ... and then employ other people to take action on the Abuse Reports submitted!

"Security programs", as you call them, are effective for preventing viruses from infecting your computer, and may even be effective against hackers ... but if you interact with someone who has posted a fake/scam profile on this site, your ONLY "security" will be your own decisions for getting 'scammed' or not!

I first noticed the post glitch on the video comments a few days ago but those were usually positive comments. I rarely comment on standard members fake photos though. I'll send a short hello message so they will be in my pending folder, report them and they are usually deactivated within the hour. If I can't source the fake photo, they usually reply with a request to go offline to email, Hangouts, or a link to a pay to chat scam website in Montenegro or China. Reporting that gets them deactivated quick.

I'll will post a warning message on Gold members fake photos along with reporting them. That is never enough. The attentive scammers maintain their profile and delete the negative comments. You have to interact with them to get them to trip up in the message center and provide evidence for Findsex.com.

The 'bulk' of fake/scam profiles every day on this site are from what I refer to as the 'Ghana Scam team." They've been operating on this site ... EVERY DAY ... since mid-September of 2017!

I sincerely think that after all of this time the site employees know they are fake/scam profiles and do react when I report them by using the drop-down item of "Suspected Fake Account".

As far as the "fake photos" on fake/scam profiles go, when you do this every day, as I and a few others do, you get to know the 'Professional' names of the porn stars/models, etc., and even if I can't find the exact web site where the picture came from, I'll post the URL of one of the many sites where their pictures do appear when I report it.

It really isn't 'rocket science'!

What a joke... 😱 And that issue is 2 weeks old. They are a true bunch of idiots in A F F control...

I view their 'track record' as it relates to two facts ...

1. The original software and programs used on this site date back to its inception back in 1996, which is so obsolete it takes new employees a long time to 'un-learn' current programming language and try to keep the 'dinosaurs' running; and,

2. This site is located in Silicon Valley. Major sites like Google and others grab the best of the available programmers in the job market and this site gets the bottom-of-the-barrel candidates.

 that was one of the reasons i deleted a few months back.... too many glitches. one of the worst was that my viewer counter dropped by the thousands. and no I'm not a fake profile, i just didn't like the harassment i was receiving at work for having a profile here. so i am keeping my photographs at the bare, with no nude pictures.

 Been Getting allot of random messages by Standard Members and Gold Members.their messages just include a ''Hey still looking'' with a phone number attached. Been staying cautious when viewing or replying to these messages.The profiles have no whatsoever pictures nor little or none descriptions whatover, furthermore they do have some top fans/friends in them that also match the weird members.

Has anyone encountered this?

There are actually teams of scammers on the Internet that will go to any lengths to make their profiles appear real, including adding "Friends" to profiles. Anyone who has a phone/text number, KIK or other IM ID, or email address (usually thinly disguised), is violating the sites Terms of Use regulations and should be immediately reported as being a fake/scam solicitation profile.
